My extended professional network and access to online databases allow me to identify and reach out to qualified candidates quickly. I pre-screen every candidate prior to recommending them, and I share my impressions and considerations for each candidate. 

 

I work on a contingency basis - which means I only get paid if you hire a candidate I provide. My fees are competitive, and my contract is simple, straightforward and dissolvable at any time. Your company's privacy matters to me, and I do not discuss past or current clients with hiring managers or employees at other companies.
